- Memorandum Of Understanding ("MOU") between Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak ("PKNPk") and Gamuda Berhad ("Gamuda") [collectively known as "the Parties"]

[This announcement should be read in conjunction with the earlier announcements made on 6 November 2025 and 15 May 2026 respectively. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the aforesaid announcements.]

 

The Board of the Company wishes to provide an update that following the expiry of the extended Non-Binding MOU on 3 July 2026, the Parties have mutually agreed to further extend the deadline of the Non-Binding MOU to 13 July 2026.

 

The proposed further extension is intended to provide the Parties with additional time to finalise the terms of the Bulk Water Supply Agreement prior to execution.

 

All other terms and conditions of the Non-Binding MOU shall remain valid and in full force and effect. The Company will make further announcements as and when there are any material developments.
