The Board of Directors of HIB ("Board") is pleased to  announce that Hextar Mitai Sdn. Bhd. ("HMSB"), a 70% owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 3 July 2026, executed a contract ("Contract") for the provision of engineering, procurement and construction works, including structural, architectural finishes, landscape, infrastructure, mechanical and electrical works for five (5) industrial buildings in Pulau Indah, Selangor ("Works"). The contract was awarded by a private company principally engaged in investment of non-residential properties ("Contract Awarder").
