Remarks :

Refer to the announcement by Maxis Berhad ("Maxis") on 1 July 2026. Maxis received the Notification of Dealings in the Securities of the Company dated 3 July 2026 from its principal officers listed above. The eligible employees above have accepted the offer made by Maxis to them pursuant to the Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") established on 3 July 2023 ("Offer"). Subject to the terms and conditions of the by-laws governing the LTIP and the terms of the letter constituting the Offer, selected employees who have accepted the Offer shall be entitled to receive new Maxis Shares to be issued pursuant to the Offer upon meeting the applicable vesting conditions. The vesting conditions comprise, amongst others, the performance targets for the period between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2028. The Maxis shares under the Offer shall vest on 2 July 2029, subject to the meeting of such performance targets and any other applicable vesting conditions.
