Maxis Berhad ("Maxis") received the Notification of Dealings in the Securities of the Company dated 3 July 2026 from Goh Seow Eng ("GSE").
Pursuant to the terms and conditions of an incentive arrangement arising under the employment agreement entered by GSE with Maxis Broadband Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Maxis ("Agreement"), a cash incentive was used to acquire Maxis shares from the open market and such shares are currently held by CIMB Commerce Trustee Berhad ("CIMB") or its nominee. These Maxis shares shall, subject to the satisfaction of the vesting conditions and the terms and conditions of the Agreement, vest in GSE on 2 July 2029. The vesting conditions comprise, amongst others, the performance targets for the financial years 2026, 2027 and 2028, as stipulated by Maxis' Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
