All defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus dated 2 July 2026 issued by Stratus Global Holdings Berhad ("Stratus Global").

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 2 July 2026 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 10 July 2026.

In the event there is any changes to this timetable, Stratus Global will advertise the notice of changes in widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspapers within Malaysia, and make an announcement of such changes on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's website accordingly.
