We refer to your Company's announcement dated 26 June 2026 in respect of the aforesaid matter ("Announcement").

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-
 

1.    Quantification of the total assets of UFSB and details of its property, plant and equipment ("PPE"), if any, including the date they were last revalued. 

2.    To disclose Dato' Muhammad Rayyan Bin Abdullah's direct and indirect shareholdings in JSB, if any.

3.    To provide basis and justification on how the Proposed Disposal consideration of RM1,500,000 was arrived at other than willing-buyer willing seller.

4.    To elaborate for clarity on the statement in Section 2.3 of the Announcement wherein it was stated that failure to complete the Proposed Disposal could result in further operational and financial challenges to the Company.

5.    To provide basis and justification for JSB to assume the liabilities, obligations and/or other responsibilities of UFSB up to 20 April 2026 amounting to RM1,184,234.93 ("Assumed Liabilities").

6.    Sources of funding to JSB for the settlement of the Assumed Liabilities and the breakdown thereof.

7.    Whether the Assumed Liabilities amount is inclusive of contingent liabilities.

8.    To clarify and elaborate on the intended utilisation of the Proposed Disposal proceeds of RM1,750,000, including but not limited to the settlement of the amount due by UFSB of RM1,750,000.

9.    Particulars of any guarantee given by JSB to UFSB or LMC. 

10.    Whether the gain/loss disclosed in Section 6.1 of the Announcement is on group basis and to provide illustration on how the net liability of UFSB of RM641,942 was derived. To also clarify whether the gain/loss disclosed therein has taken into account of liabilities to be assumed.

11.    To tabulate and disclose the effects of the Proposed Disposal on the net assets, gearing and earning per share based on the latest audited consolidated financial statements of JSB.

12.    To provide the rational and justification of Dato' Dr. Muhammad Rayyan bin Abdullah and/or LMC assuming management and operational control of the hospital with effect from 20 April 2026, approximately 2 months prior to the announcement of the Proposed Disposal/ date of the Share Sale Agreement.
