The Board of Directors of Critical Holdings is pleased to announce that Critical Engineering Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Critical M&E Engineering Sdn. Bhd.), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 15 June 2026 been awarded with an Engineering, Procurement and Construction ("EPC") contract value of RM772,488,824.92 ("the Contract"), for the development of a state-of-the-art industrial facility incorporating a high-technology Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) warehouse and supporting infrastructure in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah Darul Aman from a renowned US based multinational corporation which supplies wafer fabrication equipment and services to the semiconductor industry.

The aforesaid works are expected to commence on 15 June 2026 and are scheduled for completion by 15 December 2027.

The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the Company for the financial years ending 30 June 2027 and 30 June 2028.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected to them has any direct/indirect interest in the Contract.

Other than the normal operational risks associated with the Contract, the Company does not anticipate any exceptional risks.
