Reference is made to the announcements made on 22 December 2025 and 27 March 2026 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company had on today, submitted the exemptions application from having comply with Rules 8.06(1)(c) and 8.06(1)(d) of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities ("Exemptions Application") in relation to the Exit Offer and Appointment of Independent Adviser respectively.
