Further to the announcements dated 8 January 2026 and 7 April 2026 in relation to the Collaboration Agreement entered into between NuEnergy Gas Limited ("NuEnergy")(a 70%-owned subsidiary of GFB and a company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange) and PT Beijing Energy Linking ("PT BEL"), where PT BEL is to be appointed as the Lead EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning) contractor for NuEnergy's Tanjung Enim Plan of Development 1 ("POD 1"), the first coal bed methane ("CBM") Plan of Development approved in Indonesia, NuEnergy has today announced that it has, on 30 June 2026 executed a fully funded Field Service Contract ("Contract") with PT BEL for the drilling, construction, testing and completion of CBM wells, as well as the associated dewatering activities for a total contract value of approximately US$88 million (~RM359 million).

The execution of the Contract represents the first definitive implementation agreement arising from the Collaboration Agreement and a major step toward the full development of Tanjung Enim POD 1.
