The Closing Price of RM0.7622 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of ZETRIX shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than ZETRIX-CAL's Exercise Price of RM0.80, holders of ZETRIX-CAL will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised ZETRIX-CAL will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of ZETRIX-CAL shall terminate absolutely.
