The Closing Price of RM1.0269 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of HARTA shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than HARTA-C3F's Exercise Price of RM1.25, holders of HARTA-C3F will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised HARTA-C3F will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of HARTA-C3F shall terminate absolutely.
