As the Closing Price is lower than FRONTKN-C51's Exercise Price of RM5.00, holders of FRONTKN-C51 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised FRONTKN-C51 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of FRONTKN-C51 shall terminate absolutely.
