The Closing Price of RM0.6898 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of CTOS shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than CTOS-C28's Exercise Price of RM0.95, holders of CTOS-C28 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised CTOS-C28 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of CTOS-C28 shall terminate absolutely.
