Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 25 June 2026 in relation to the resignation of Auditors.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Messrs. Daxin KF&C PLT on 30 June 2026, having consented to act as the auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2026, has been appointed as auditors of the Company on 30 June 2026 and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
