The ICULS may be converted into New Scanwolf Shares in the following Conversion Ratio: (i) surrender 3 ICULS of such nominal value equivalent to the Conversion Price for 1 New Scanwolf Share; or (ii) surrender 1 ICULS of RM0.10 nominal value together with cash payment of an amount of RM0.20 such that in aggregate it being equivalent to the Conversion Price for 1 New Scanwolf Share. On the Maturity Date, any outstanding ICULS which have not been converted in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Deed by 5.00 p.m. on the last day of the Conversion Period shall be automatically converted into New Scanwolf Shares at the Conversion Price to be satisfied by surrendering 3 ICULS of such nominal value equivalent to the Conversion Price of 1 New Scanwolf Share without any additional cash payment on the Maturity Date in accordance with the conditions set out in the Trust Deed.
