We refer to the announcements dated 12 February 2025, 14 February 2025, 25 July 2025, 13 August 2025, 30 December 2025 and 6 January 2026 in relation to, among others, the Rights Issue with Warrants ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 29 June 2026 submitted an application for a further extension of time of 6 months to implement and complete the Rights Issue with Warrants to Bursa Securities ("2nd EOT Application").
The outcome of the 2nd EOT Application will be announced upon receiving the decision from Bursa Securities.
