The Board of Directors of Advancecon is pleased to announce that Advancecon Infra Sdn. Bhd. ("AISB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 29 June 2026 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Teras Impiana Sdn. Bhd. ("TISB") to explore potential collaboration in construction-related business opportunities, including joint venturing, tendering, negotiation and securing of construction, engineering, infrastructure, technology, mechanical and electrical (M&E), industrial and mission-critical projects.

(AISB and TISB shall hereinafter be collectively refer to as "Parties" and individually referred to as "Party").
