Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 14 July 2025 in relation to the appointment of Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn. Bhd. 

(now known as Berjaya Securities Sdn. Bhd.) ("Berjaya Securities") as the Principal Adviser to assist the Company in formulating its Proposed 

Regularisation Plan.

Majuperak Holdings Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that following the waiver granted by Bursa Malaysia 

Securities Berhad to the Company, from having to submit and implement a regularisation plan and the upliftment of the Company's 

Affected Listed Issuer status pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A of the Main Market Listing Requirements with effect from 19 May 2026, Berjaya 

Securities is no longer required to act as the Company's Principal  Adviser, and therefore ceased to act as such with effect from the same date.
