The Board of Directors of FSBM Holdings Berhad ("FSBM" or "the Company") wishes to announce that Messrs. Moore Stephens Associates PLT has retired as the auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 273(b) of the Companies Act 2016 at the conclusion of the Company's  Forty-First Annual General Meeting held on 26 June 2026, and accordingly ceased to hold office as the auditors of the Company with effect from the conclusion of the said Annual General Meeting. Messrs. Moore Stephens Associates PLT retired following its decision not to seek re-appointment as the auditors of the Company.

The Company is in the process of appointing new auditors, and a further announcement will be made upon the appointment of the new auditors.
