Further to the Company's announcements dated 18 November 2025, 8 December 2025, 7 January 2026, 14 January 2026, 28 January 2026, 6 February 2026, 30 March 2026, 7 April 2026 and 24 April 2026 (collectively, the "Previous Announcements"), unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Previous Announcements.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the restraining order granted by the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur has been further extended until 27 July 2026.

The Company also wishes to announce that, pursuant to the order of the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur ("High Court") dated 14 November 2025 ("1st Order"), as subsequently extended by the orders of the High Court dated 27 January 2026, 27 March 2026 and 25 June 2026 (collectively, the "Court Orders for Court-Convened Meetings"), the High Court had, amongst others, directed the Applicants to convene meetings between the Applicants and their respective Scheme Creditors (as defined in the Schemes of Arrangement) to consider and, if thought fit, approve, with or without modification, the Schemes of Arrangement proposed between the Applicants and their respective Scheme Creditors.

Pursuant to the Court Orders for Court-Convened Meetings, notice is hereby given to the Scheme Creditors that the court-convened meetings, which were originally scheduled to be held on 24 April 2026 at 10.00 a.m., have been adjourned to 16 July 2026 at 10.00 a.m. The meetings will be held at Nazrin Hassan Meeting Room (The WORQ), Unit 2-1, Level 2, The Podium, Tower 3, UOA Business Park 1, Jalan Pengaturcara, Seksyen U1/51A, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
