Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 30 March 2022, 25 May 2022, 23 June 2022, 13 July 2022, 13 September 2022, 13 October 2022, 17 October 2022, 11 January 2023, 22 March 2023, 24 May 2023, 2 August 2023, 8 January 2024, 29 April 2024, 27 June 2024, 13 August 2024, 20 May 2025, 11 August 2025, 30 September 2025, 4 December 2025, 5 February 2026 and 23 April 2026.

 

The Company wishes to announce that the Plaintiff had, on 8 June 2026, filed a Notice of Application for summary judgment pursuant to Order 14 Rule 1 of the Rules of Court 2012 (Enclosure 72). Subsequently, on 23 June 2026, TBSB filed a Notice of Application for a stay of proceedings pending the hearing and disposal of its appeal against the High Court's decision in respect of Enclosure 42 (Enclosure 74).

 

At the case management held on 25 June 2026, the Court directed the parties to file the relevant submissions in respect of both applications. The hearing and decision for both applications have been fixed on 9 September 2026.

 

The Company will make further announcement(s) on the material development of the case in due course.
