PROPOSED SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT AND RESTRAINING ORDER UNDER SECTIONS 366 AND 368 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 2016 FOR BINA PURI HOLDINGS BHD. (THE "COMPANY")

Reference is made to the announcements dated 31 October 2025, 19 December 2025, 17 March 2026 and 19 May 2026.

 

The Company has on 22 June 2026 issued a (i) Notice of Errata to the Explanatory Statement dated 18 May 2026; and (ii) Amendments to the Scheme Paper dated 18 May 2026, to the scheme creditors of the Company's proposed Scheme of Arrangement. The Notice of Errata to the Explanatory Statement dated 18 May 2026 and the Amendments to the Scheme Paper dated 18 May 2026, issued on 22 June 2026, shall respectively form part of the Explanatory Statement and Scheme Paper dated 18 May 2026.

 

The Company will make additional announcements when there are further developments in relation to the Company's proposed Scheme of Arrangement.
