Further to the announcement made on 25 March 2026, the Board of Directors of Subur Tiasa Holdings Berhad ("STHB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Subur Global Pte. Ltd. ("SGB"), has been struck off from the Register of Companies of Singapore on 15 June 2026.  As such, SGB has ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company.

The striking off of SGB does not have any material impact on the net tangible assets and earnings per share of the Company for the current financial year.
