Mr. Yee Voon Hon ("Mr. Yee") is a Visionary global Chief Technology Officer and industrialist with over 20 years of commercial execution, industrial design, and massive project scaling across the medical manufacturing, oleochemical, palm oil, and heavy environmental engineering sectors.

Mr. Yee currently served as the Chief Technology Officer of INTCO Medical Group, where he oversees global engineering and manufacturing operations. During his tenure, he has led the development, technical design, construction, and commissioning of 13 large-scale manufacturing facilities and 138 high-speed production lines, contributing significantly to the Group's expansion to approximately 30% of global nitrile glove production capacity. He has also successfully driven manufacturing innovation and operational excellence initiatives, resulting in substantial productivity improvements and an average cost reduction of 25% across production facilities.

Mr. Yee is also the Founder and Director of Glomaxes Latex Glove Manufacturer Sdn. Bhd., a glove manufacturing company which he established and developed into a technologically advanced producer serving international markets across Asia, the Middle East, and various European countries.Through this role, he has accumulated extensive experience in manufacturing operations, process optimisation, product development, and international business expansion. 
 
In addition, Mr. Yee acts as an independent industrial consultant and venture lead, providing technical expertise in sustainable energy, thermal systems, water and wastewater treatment, and environmental engineering projects throughout Malaysia and Indonesia. His notable achievements include the design and implementation of advanced ESG-compliant wastewater treatment systems incorporating Fenton and Ozone oxidation technologies, which have delivered significant operational cost savings for major Indonesian corporations.
