Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 15 June 2026 in relation to the Company's submission of the application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") for the upliftment of VTEB from its PN17 status pursuant to Paragraph 8.04(8) of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("Upliftment Application"). On behalf of the Board, MBSB Investment Bank Berhad (formerly known as MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad) wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 16 June 2026, approved the Upliftment Application of VTEB from being classified as a PN17 issuer. The upliftment of VTEB from being classified as a PN17 issuer will be effective from 9.00 a.m. on 18 June 2026. This announcement is dated 16 June 2026.
