We refer to the earlier announcement dated on 15 June 2026 in the relation to the Fire Incident.

The Board of Directors of FoundPac Group Berhad ("the Board") wishes to further clarify that FP Stencil Sdn Bhd ("FPS") is not a major subsidiary of the Group.

At this juncture, the Board is unable to accurately ascertain the full extent of the damage to the machinery, equipment and other assets at the affected factory. Hence the Board is still unable to accurately ascertain the expected losses arising from the Fire Incident.

The affected area was only made accessible today following the completion of the investigation by the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba). Further assessments are ongoing and announcement will be made as and when there are material developments arising from the assessments.
