Puan Azizah currently serves as an Independent Board of Director and a Member of Investment Committee with Franklin Templeton GSC Asset Management Sdn. Bhd. ("FTGSC"). She was previously the Chief Executive Officer of CGS International Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (CGS- previously known as CGS- CIMB) and she is also board members for various companies under CGS International Group. 

She served as Head of New Clients & Business Development at Maybank Investment Bank ("MIB") prior joining CGS. Before joining MIB, she was an Independent Non-Executive at Philip Capital Management Sdn. Bhd. and a Non-Executive Director of KAF Equities Sdn. Bhd. (previously known as KAF Seagroatt & Campbell Securities Sdn. Bhd.). Prior to that, she was attached to KAF Equities Sdn. Bhd. as an Executive Director, Head of Dealing.

Puan Azizah was appointed as an Industry Director for Capital Markets of Financial Markets Ombudsman Service ("FMOS") which under purview of Bank Negara Malaysia ("BNM") and Securities Commission Malaysia ("SC") in 2025. She has served as a Non-Executive Independent Director of Ombudsman for Financial Services ("OFS") since October 2024 till December 2024. She also active with the Association of the Stockbroking Companies Malaysia ("ASCM"). 

In 2 August 2023, Puan Azizah was appointed as a Committee Member of ASCM. On 12 December 2023, she was nominated as the Treasurer and by January 2025 to the Secretary position of ASCM. On April 2024, Puan Azizah was appointed by International Islamic University Malaysia ("IIUM") Holdings Sdn. Bhd. as a Member of Industry Advisory Council. She is also a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia ("ICDM") and the Women Leadership Foundation ("WLS").
