PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 11,568,908 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN SUPERGENICS, REPRESENTING UP TO APPROXIMATELY 10% OF THE TOTAL EXISTING NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF SUPERGENICS PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 75 AND 76 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 2016 ("ACT") ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

We refer to the announcements dated 30 April 2025, 29 May 2025, 24 June 2025, 27 August 2025, 2 September 2025, 3 September 2025, 5 December 2025 and 24 December 2025 in relation to the Private Placement. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, SCA wishes to announce that the Private Placement has lapsed following the conclusion of the AGM held on 15 June 2026.

 

To date, the Company has issued a total of 740,740 Placement Shares at the Issue Price of RM0.27 per Placement Share raising gross proceeds of approximately RM0.20 million.
