UPLIFTMENT OF THE STATUS OF VTEB AS AN AFFECTED LISTED ISSUER PURSUANT TO PRACTICE NOTE 17 ("PN17") OF MAIN MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD

Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 26 September 2025 in relation to the Company's completion of the Regularisation Plan.

 

On behalf of the Board, MBSB Investment Bank Berhad (formerly known as MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad) wishes to announce that the Company had on 15 June 2026 submitted an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for the upliftment of VTEB from being classified as PN17 issuer pursuant to Paragraph 8.04(8) of the Main Market Listing Requirements.
