On behalf of the Board of Directors of ETH ("Board"), UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd) ("UOBKH") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a proposed private placement of up to 65,082,700 new ordinary shares in ETH ("ETH Share(s)" or "Share(s)") ("Placement Share(s)"), representing up to approximately 20% of the total number of issued ETH Shares to independent third party investor(s) to be identified, at an issue price to be determined at a later date in accordance with the general mandate pursuant to Sections 75 and 76 of the Act.
