Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 9 February 2026,11 February 2026, 19 February 2026, 4 March 2026 and 7 May 2026 on the above matter.

Unless otherwise defined, the capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Company's earlier announcements.

The Company wishes to announce that subsequent to the case management of the Plaintiffs' discovery application ("Enclosure 47") held on 10 June 2026, the hearing of Enclosure 47 is fixed on 5 August 2026.

The Plaintiffs' solicitors confirmed that Enclosure 47 is directed only to the 1st to 4th Defendants, namely:

1. Fairy Blossoms Sdn. Bhd.;

2. Low Kim Kiat;

3. Liew Lee Chin; and

4. Low Kim Leong.

The Company will make the necessary announcements as and when there are further developments in relation thereto.
