The Board of Directors ("Board") of PRG wishes to announce that Premier Construction (International) Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PRG Construction Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PRG, had on 10 June 2026, received statutory demands pursuant to Section 466 of the Companies Act 2016 ("Statutory Demands") from Messrs. The Law Office of Wong & Ang, acting on behalf of the sub-contractors in relation to amounts allegedly owing by PCI.
