Remarks :

We refer to the announcements dated 28 May 2026, 5 June 2026 and 11 June 2026 in relation to the DRS ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Announcements.

On 25 February 2026, the Board had declared the Final Dividend and also determined that the DRS shall apply to the entire Final Dividend. On 26 May 2026, the shareholders of UOA Development had at the Company's Twenty-Second (22nd) Annual General Meeting approved the Final Dividend and authorised UOA Development to allot and issue such number of new Shares pursuant to the DRS.

On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB had, on 11 June 2026, announced that the issue price of the new Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRS in respect of the Final Dividend has been fixed at RM1.5400 per new Share. The relevant documents and the dividend reinvestment forms in relation to the DRS are expected to be despatched on 1 July 2026.
