Reference is made to the announcements dated 26 January 2026 and 21 May 2026 in relation to the Emergency Work Instruction ("EWI") received from Pemex. The EWI was issued pursuant to Pemex's emergency exception process ("Earlier Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined herein, all expressions used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements.
The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the Consortium had on 10 June 2026 (Mexico time), entered into a contract with Pemex for the scope, which includes the procurement, transportation, installation, interconnection, commissioning, testing, start-up and operations & maintenance ("O&M") of 2nd Perdiz Plant (the "Contract").
