MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING DRB-HICOM BERHAD ("DRB-HICOM" OR "THE COMPANY") - UPDATE ON THE STATUS OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING ENTERED INTO BETWEEN DRB-HICOM, MALAYSIAN INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ("MIDA") AND ZHEJIANG GEELY HOLDING GROUP CO., LTD ("GEELY HOLDING")

Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 16 December 2024, 14 March 2025, 13 June 2025, 12 September 2025, 10 December 2025 and 10 March 2026 in relation to the MOU entered into between DRB-HICOM, MIDA and Geely Holding ("Announcement").

 

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.

 

DRB-HICOM wishes to inform that there has been no material development on the status of the MOU since the last announcement. Any material and significant development will be announced accordingly. Save as disclosed above, all provisions contained in the MOU shall remain in full force and effect.
