We are pleased to announce the offering by CLSASM of up to 45,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of GREATEC by way of market making.

The GREATEC-C38 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

The GREATEC-C38 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 14 May 2026. The GREATEC-C38 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 26 May 2026. The obligations of CLSASM under GREATEC-C38 are guaranteed by CITIC Securities International Company Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 14 May 2026.
