Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that the Company has received the Notice of Confirming Reduction of Share Capital from Companies Commission of Malaysia, that all the requirements with respect to reduction of share capital of the Company, has been complied with and that the share capital of the Company is as stated in the order of the Court dated 5 May 2026. Pursuant thereto, the Share Capital Reduction has been completed on 8 June 2026. This announcement is dated 8 June 2026.
