Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 10 November 2025, 12 November 2025, 6 January 2026, 14 January 2026, 7 April 2026, 23 April 2026 and 13 May 2026 ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the Announcements.
The Board wishes to announce that following the case management fixed via e-Review on 8 June 2026, the Court has given the following directions:
Further case management for Enclosure 25 and Enclosure 1 is fixed via e-Review on 29 July 2026 at 9:00 a.m.; and
- This further case management is for the parties to update the Court and to consider the decision of the Bellajade Appeal in the Federal Court, which is scheduled to be heard on 27 July 2026.
In the meantime, the Board wishes to inform that the moratorium under Section 410(c) of the Companies Act 2016 shall continue to remain in effect for SCSB.
