The Board of Directors of Destini is pleased to announce that Destini Mobility Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Detrac Innovation Sdn. Bhd.) ("DMSB"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Destini, had on 08 June 2026, entered into Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Zhejiang CRRC Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd. ("CRRC EV") for the Partnership for Electric Bus Opportunities in Malaysia's Public Transportation Sector ("Project").
