The Board of Directors of TFP wishes to announce that MBP Solutions Sdn. Bhd. ("MBP"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 8 June 2026 entered into a Strategic Partnership Agreement ("SPA") with ProXplor AI Sdn. Bhd. ("ProXplor AI") to establish a strategic collaboration for the promotion, marketing, sale, integration, development and delivery of artificial intelligence ("AI"), Health intelligence and data analytics solutions, upon the terms and conditions of the SPA.

(MBP and ProXplor AI shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as "Parties" and individually as "Party").
