Reference is made to the First Announcement made on 4 December 2024 and subsequent monthly announcements made on 2 January 2025, 3 February 2025, 3 March 2025, 2 April 2025, 2 May 2025, 3 June 2025, 1 July 2025, 1 August 2025, 2 September 2025, 1 October 2025, 3 November 2025, 1 December 2025, 2 December 2025, 2 January 2026, 7 January 2026, 3 February 2026, 2 March 2026, 1 April 2026, 4 May 2026 and 3 June 2026 by the Company pursuant to Practice Note 17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

Pursuant to Paragraph 8.04(5) of the Main Market Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 4 June 2026 on its decision to:

1. the trading in the securities of SNTORIA will be and/or remain suspended with effect from 12 June 2026; and
2. de-listing the securities of the Company on 16 June 2026.
