On behalf of the Board of Directors of GPB ("Board"), M & A Securities Sdn Bhd ("M & A Securities") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a private placement of up to 259,339,700 new ordinary shares in GPB ("GPB Share(s)" or "Share(s)"), representing not more than 10.00% of the total number of issued ordinary shares in GPB, to independent third-party investor(s) to be identified and at an issue price to be determined at a later date ("Proposed Private Placement").
