We refer to your Company's announcement dated 3 June 2026, in respect of the aforesaid matter.

In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") with the following additional information for public release:-

1) Please state the rationale and justification on the urgency to complete the Proposed Acquisition through the execution of the Supplemental Agreement prior to completion of the legal, financial and project due diligence as well as operational verification exercise in relation to Enforture Sarawak and the identified projects.

2) To list specific due diligence items remain outstanding, and what are the preliminary findings, if any, that require further verification by the Company.

3) To provide Board of Directors' view on whether the completion the Proposed Acquisition without completing the requisite due diligence is fair and reasonable, on normal commercial terms and in the best interest of the Company.

4) To state the potential risks to the Company arising from completing the Proposed Acquisition prior to undertaking full due diligence together with mitigating factors, including details of the Company's right of recourse in the event of default/liabilities discovered and explain whether the Vendors' indemnity provides sufficient protection.

5) Given that liabilities of Enforture Sarawak as may be identified through due diligence will only be determined after completion of the Proposed Acquisition, to provide a statement that the Company will re-compute the highest percentage ratios to determine the Company's obligations under the LR upon completion of the due diligence and that shareholders ratification would be sought in the event the percentage ratio is 25% or more, given that value of consideration includes any liability to be assumed pursuant to Paragraph 10.02(1)(m) of the LR.
