Pursuant to paragraph 9.04 of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("MMLR") of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa"), the Board of Directors ("the Board") of Sern Kou Resources Berhad ("SKRB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that Valued Products (M) Sdn. Bhd. ("VPM" or "the Borrower"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SKRB, has accepted banking facility of up to RM7.00 million from CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad ("CIMB or "the Bank") (the "Banking Facility").
