- UPDATE ON THE STATUS OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN PERBADANAN TEKNOLOGI HIJAU MELAKA AND NI HSIN EV TECH SDN. BHD.

Reference is made to the announcements dated 15 June 2024, 13 September 2024, 12 December 2024, 11 March 2025,10 June 2025, 9 September 2025, 8 December 2025 and 6 March 2026 in relation to the MOU entered between PTHM and NH EV TECH. The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

The Board wishes to announce that there has been no material development on the status of the MOU since the last announcement made on 6 March 2026. 

Further announcement on the status of the MOU will be made in due course in accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
