Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Komarkcorp ("the Board") wishes to announce that the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Komark International (M) Sdn Bhd, had in the ordinary course of business entered into Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a revenue or trading nature ("RRPTs") with D'nonce Technology Berhad and its subsidiary. The aggregate transacted value of the RRPTs for the period from 30 November 2025 to 5 June 2026 which amounted to RM1.17 million, has exceeded RM1 million or more.
