We refer to the announcement dated 3 June 2026 ("Announcement") and the email received from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") dated 4 June 2026 in relation to the same.
The Board of Directors of iCents Group wishes to provide the following additional information requested by Bursa Securities:
Value of the Agreement
The Agreement does not have a contract value as it is a binding contract between VC Engineering and WXYD for the development, marketing and delivery of prefabricated modular cooling systems and related thermal management solutions for its data centre infrastructure projects within Southeast Asia.
Any specific future project secured pursuant to the Agreement shall be subject to separate contractual arrangements and values for which the Company will make the necessary announcement(s) in accordance with the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, where required.
