Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements dated 13 March 2025, 15 April 2025, 9 May 2025, 10 June 2025, 14 July 2025, 18 September 2025, 6 October 2025 and 9 April 2026 in relation to the Notice of Adjudication under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 served by TPSB against DDSB and dated 11 November 2025 in relation to the Winding Up Petition filed by TPSB against DDSB under Section 465 (1)(e) and Section 466 (1)(a) of the Companies Act 2016 and its Rules in Ipoh High Court ("Court") ("Earlier Announcements").

The Board of Directors of Taghill wishes to announce that, during the mediation session held before the Court today, the Court has adjourned the mediation session and further fixed the mediation session and case management for all enclosures on 12 June 2026. The Court further directed that the attendance by a representative of the Company at the mediation session is compulsory.

Save for the refixing of the mediation session and case management date as stated above, all other directions of the Court and matters disclosed in the Company's announcement dated 9 April 2026 remain unchanged, including the interim stay on the Validation Order ("Enclosure 7") dated 19 December 2025.

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are material developments in respect of this matter, in compliance with the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
