Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 29 May 2026 ("Announcement") relating to the change of its financial year end from 30 June 2026 to 31 December 2026. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of TFP wishes to announce the Company's application to the Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM") for approval of an Extension of Time of up to 30 June 2027 to hold its 2027 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") pursuant to Section 340 of the Companies Act 2016 ("the Application"), has been approved by the CCM.
