We refer to the previous announcements dated 9 September 2025, 9 October 2025, 25 November 2025, 24 February 2026, 29 April 2026 and 21 May 2026 in relation to the Company's non-compliance with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

Based on the Record of Depositors as at 3 June 2026, the public shareholding spread of the Company stood at 30.49%.

In relation thereto, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has complied with the Public Shareholding Spread Requirement.
